MY STORY
I grew up cooking in a vibrant and dynamic environment. In fact, it was something that I took for granted during those formative years. I was constantly surrounded by my mother and grandmother, who were always making delicious home-cooked meals filled with love and tradition.
At the age of 16, I decided to start working for my brother, who was an executive chef in Newport, RI. I began my culinary journey as a prep cook for large banquets and then transitioned to a garde manger position, where I learned valuable skills in food preparation and presentation. I could not have imagined the incredible journey that taking this first step would embark me on, leading me to other exciting positions as a line chef in both Newport and Providence.
Throughout my travels, I absorbed various cooking cultures in countries such as Spain, Argentina, Nicaragua, Cuba, and Greece by simply savoring the delicious food and remembering what truly inspired me. Later, as a head chef in various restaurants throughout the beautiful Hudson Valley, I found joy in incorporating these rich sense memories into my dishes while following my palate and passion for culinary artistry.
Today, I continue to embrace these experiences and bring them to you. It is my sincere hope that you can experience a taste of what has inspired me and fueled my enduring love and passion for creating excellent food.
