  • “Five stars for Chef Tim! He cooked for a 12-person bachelorette party and made it seem totally effortless. Every dish was delicious beyond expectations, and a girl in our group brought wine pairings to go along with the meal, which was a fun addition. Most importantly, the bride loved the experience. Tim was receptive to questions, but generally stayed out of the way and let us have our fun. At the end, he left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. For the food alone, I would recommend Tim, but the entire evening was a breeze, so for that, I would highly recommend!.”

  • "Timothy was honestly the best chef we could’ve asked for. The food was impeccable and delectable and he superseded our expectations beyond ! From the beginning of the initial process of figuring out our food menu to the timing and delivery of each dish was astonishing. My husband and I wanted a bbq that was overall inviting and appetizing for our 35 family members before our actual wedding, and boy were we in for the most amazing surprise of the weekend. Many of our guests who stayed and gathered for the entire weekends events stated (very clearly) that Timothy on Thursday was the best. It was intimate and eclectic and also very very VERY tasty. We wouldn’t recommend anyone better than Timothy . A 100 out of 10 experience."

Everything he cooked was unbelievably and delicious. He helped choose some wine pairing as well which was very helpful! The cleanup he did was also amazing and very helpful. The food was absolutely top notch quality and every member of our group enjoyed it. We all joked we wanted him to come back for the whole weekend.   • "You are completely missing out if you don't book CHEF TIM! I had a private dinner with a group of 8 ladies in a private estate in Highland NY where the whole group were extreme foodies, living in NYC and traveling the world this group had a very high bar. Let me tell you how Chef Tim blew our socks off!!! He did a plated 3 course meal that truly was delicious, from the presentation of the food to chef Tim explaining dish with detail. He also was very mindful of dietary restriction and make sure that was take care of. Chef Tim went out of his way to make sure the kitchen and all items were clean but also was very kind and cleaning the groups additional champagne and wine glasses. I've hired many private chefs before and Chef Tim is def my top 3! Don't miss out and booking him! He'll be cooking for us again for sure!"
